We want you to love your Christopher & Banks purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must have original tags attached and be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items and the original packing slip into a secure shipping bag or box, ensuring all original tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
